Ummani Veneers and Plywoods was founded by Mr Ambadan Aliyaar in 1995 in the name of APK Plywoods .When it was started it was a saw mill where it produces wood .After five years Mr Salam Aliyar son of Ambadan Aliyar entered into fathers business Mr Salam Aliyar thought he could do it better and APK Plywood moved to core veneers where it is a raw material that is used to stick plywood that means it is step ahead to produce plywood.
Construction sector was booming so there came a demand for building materials naturally the plywood find its way to the market .In a very short time Ummani Ply had moved from core veneers to plywoods. Also with very short period of time Ummani Ply have been distributing plywoods to Gujarat ,Maharastra ,Madhya Pradesh &Tamil nadu.
Today Ummani Ply is a well established firm and it is going to fulfill its vision to be a part of nation building globally.At present it exports about 50 containers per month to Dammam and latter to expand plywoods to other parts of the world .
To ensure quality of our products in our organization we select carefully to ensure maximum quality .The raw materials like woods, preservation are imported from best of regions across the world with excellent quality .The company follows no compromise for quality .
